He comes off as a barracuda ready to fight for you then once he has your money he becomes bored with your questions and concerns. He totally made us believe he had negotiated a settlement that would relieve us from any more liability to the bank suing
us. Little did we know after signing everything we just lowered the amount of liability we owed. We are still in the same boat & mike refuses to speak to us anymore. His secretary is even more of a screwball in that she kept emailing me the same settlement
copy that had missing pages. Had the nerve to yell at us when we showed up to pick up a complete copy. Never did she or even mike apologize for their error. He also thought it was funny that his last secretary had a nervous breakdown.
