I am very pleased with the service I received from Law Offices of James B. Smith. I tried for over 2 years to obtain a mortgage modification with Citi. They even went as far as signing me up for a 3 month trial payment period and then denying me once again at the end. I signed up with various government sponsored and subsidized agencies who were supposed to assist in the process-all to no avail. In fact, Citi had closed me case and I had a forclosure date impending when I contaced Mr. Smith. Although the process was arduous, I just received notice that my modification was accepted and is final. Mr. Smith communicated with the banks in ways I was unable to do. He worked diligently and steadfastly throughout the process and handled all communications professionally and effectively. I highly recommend his services.
