Boynton Beach ringleader in time-share fraud gets 10 year sentence. Mr. Feinmel assisted with this arrest and prosecution. Currently his firm and other attorneys he works with are assisting in the investigation and prosecution of both Time Share Resale companies and Recovery companies.
We have been told that 32 indictments have been handed down against the owners and operators of these companies.
