This company is a scam. It is an dishonorable company (see F ratimg in BBB). Fortunately doesn't exist any longer. Under the pretext to help consumers who were in danger of loosing their homes, they did anything legally, and illegally, to get $3,000 from those prospective clients. Then, they sat around and pretended they were busy helping them (me, in my case). Some people lost their homes because of this company practices. The most fortunate ones, in spite of this company lies, if they could act on time separate from them, were able to renegotiate new loans with their lenders and save their houses.
