This company is a rip off. I got suckered for $595. They said I was pre-approved for a loan modification. Once I got my paperwork packet, I submitted it to my financial institution. I found out the paperwork was incorrect so I worked to complete a whole new information packet then we were denied the modification. Now, no one will answer my emails and the phone is always busy or no one answers. They said their agency offered a 100% guarantee if denied by your financial institution. This is just another scam agency.
