Liberty Tax Service in Elkins WV is a joke. When we went in we was not told how much we was being charged. The sign on the wall says to have your taxes done it cost $61, now we are being charged $480. Was not approved for RAL, because they said that I have no experience for RAL. Which that is funny, cause I have been approved for RAL for the last 9 years @ William's associates, when I confronted them about it they said they couldnt find anything on previous RAL. So we went from not getting RAL to efile and still are being charged $480. They told me that I should receive my check in 8-14 days which I filed on 2/1/11 and now they are telling me that it could be up to 30 days until I get my check. When I call I get treated very badly and very rudely every time I ask them questions. I think everyone who has had bad experience with LIBERTY TAX needs to call BBB and attorney General office and have them investigated. They are nothing but a money scam who sucks you in and takes advantage of you. Oh yea they offer you $50, but you get charged for that too.
