Horrible to say the least. Truck showed up three days late. No room on truck for all our stuff, even though I did the inventory list online. Quote way lower than actual cost. They actually had to use a uhaul for most of our items and then that was not enough. Uhaul was so jammed packed, boxes came in crushed, broken and damaged items. Received our stuff in two different shipments, at least 20 days or more after our arrival. Still dealing with missing items and now have to go through the headache of the claims process and from their track record not too sure if we will be fully compensated for their horrible and total disregard for our items. So more stressful and frustrating than any move should have to be thanks to Lidor Van Line. I strongly do not recommend them to my worst enemy. Customer service is a joke. I have yet to speak with anyone that does not speak broken english or knows what the hell is going on.
