Bad customer service
|
I purchased a Rug from their outlet store. When I brought the rug home my wife told me it was the wrong rug that I purchased. I called the customer service and told them I purchased the wrong rug and if I could return it even though I purchased it from the outlet location. I was told no problem I had 7 days to return without a stocking fee. When I got to the location ( they day after my purchase ) and went to return I was told I could not return ( We live in Huntington Beach and the Outlet is in Santa Fe Springs ( 1 hour round trip). I explained that I purchased the wrong rug and did not want my money back, just a credit towards the rug I was suppose to get. After a twenty minute discussion with the "Sales Manager" they still would not be accommodating. Their customer service stinks, I will no longer go into any of their locations nor purchase anything from them. It is to bad they could of had a satisfied customer and grateful customer now they have a dissatisfied customer. You would think now a days with all the internet competition they would be Grateful.
