I would like to thank LoanDepot for having Ryan and Mindy as part of there team. Ryan who started the process was equipped with the knowledge and the customer service skills to put me at ease. Mindy who took me thru and completed the process was informative,understanding and patient with my question's, she was easy to talk with and keep me informed at all times. When my Refinance finally closed and funded the disbursement process to wire the funds in to my account was slow and made me uncomfortable, which I'm sure was a separate department from Ryan and Mindy. In closing I want to thank LoanDepot for giving there Associates the training and customer skills to serve clients like myself, I would highly recommend LoanDepot to all I come in contact looking to refinance.
