I began my loan process with James Lee, Senior Mortgage Banker, then completed it with Ajha Brown, Senior Account Manager. It's hard to understand loan/mortgage jargon and they were both knowledgeable and patient in taking extra time to explain things to me in a manner I could understand. I like the fact that the whole process was transparent and quick. Nowadays, it's hard to find people you can trust, and both James and Ajha won my trust with their genuine desire to help me. I feel greatly blessed by Loan Depot's team. Many blessings to them too! :)
