Excellent Experience with loanDepot

I recently finalized the process of refinancing our home mortgage with a high interest rate to a much lower interest rate through loanDepot. James Chu, Sr. Mortgage Banker, and On Kim-Paris, Sr. Account Manager III, were very competent professions that I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone. James got the ball rolling when I first contacted loanDepot. He was extremely patient, understanding, knowledgeable, etc. in my dealing with him. On took over for the finalizing of the loan. She too proved to be equally as interested in helping me by explaining the process and guiding me through it. Their knowledge of the loan process, positive people skills, and a true caring attitude about and for me made the experience very pleasant.
