We just completed a refinance with Loan Depot. Our Mortgage agent was Carmen Cipalone. He was exceptional at helping us get all the documentation we needed to complete the loan right the first time. He was always prompt in replying to our questions both by phone or e-mail. When all was said and done his estimates were very close to actual costs and terms. We were then turned over to On Kim Paris who prepared and checked the info for underwriting. On Kim was also efficient and done her part in a very timely manner, keeping in contact with us daily through her part. The application sailed thru underwriting the first time and we completed the signing at our home at the time we choose. 2 days later we received word from ON Kim the papers had been returned and 2 days later received word from her our loan was funded and Payoff check was issued and sent. 26 days from completion of appraisal to completion of loan. We would recommend Carmen,ON Kim and Home Depot to friends, family and others who are looking for a Home Loan or refinance loan on their residence
