As expected my refi was difficult and detailed and as expected with several bumps along the way. My Mtg Banker James Chu helped me through the gauntlet and maze with the final result being what I wanted. Throughout the process I always felt James had my best interest in mind. I was extremely impressed with Loan Depot's due diligence in vetting my financial picture. It was cumbersome to get all my data together but well worth the resulting outcome. I was pleased with the very competitive rate James obtained for me. Loan Depot and especially James have my unqualified 5 star recommendation. Michael K.
