Alot of frustration

I am not complaining about the rep I had,as she was very nice the whole time.Jennifer Pitcock helped in all ways she could.However,the process the company puts you through is pure BS.There is no reason that they can't tell you if you will qulify for the loan after getting your credit scores right from the beginning.After going through everything,docs etc.they know from pulling your credit scores if you have a chance of getting the loan you applied for or not.There is no reason to get an appraisal for your home until you know if you have the credit score to get it.Mine was for a VA refi,of which my credit score was to low.Even after cleaning up a lot of my credit,I still get denied.And of course they all tell you that they can push it through.All lies.Today I got a call from someone named Savanna,stating that they have now been able to push my loan through,...Really.but they need a few more things,information,for something.Why bother calling me now,to get more money from me..no thanks.I already payed enough plus the hits for checking my credit scores.Get real and start letting people know after you already have their scores and the report,you know then if they qulify or not.Not gonna pay for another appraisal just to hear the same BS from you later that I can't get the loan.My advice is don't pay for an appraisal until you know you will be able to secure the loan on your credit score .
