I want to thank Steve Knudtson for the amount of time and energy that he spent with me on the phone. I was looking to re-finance and put two loans together in a 30 yr fixed loan. Unfortunately, I had a bad year in business and those profit and loss figures were going to affect the underwriting of the loan. However, I can not stress the amount of time and information that Steve gave to me. I would highly recommend him.
