From mortgage banker to loan possessor everything worked out great. My mortgage banker Casey Likeness gave several options and explained the process. Options are good. I felt fortunate working with Casey and in the end was certain he had my back. My loan processor Mardell Maskrey was knowledgeable and reassuring everything would close on time. The closing was smooth and seamless. One of the things I really appreciated was only having to deal with 2 professionals, Casey and Mardell. With other mortgage brokers and banks I've felt passed around and impersonal. A key point of customer service is feeling you are the only client. When I spoke or emailed my questions were answered promptly, honestly and completely. Customer Service is practiced well at LoanDepot I'm sure there is a whole support team going unnamed here. LoanDepot is the real deal coming highly recommended. Steve P.
