So, after going thru a bitter 'divorce' with my former mortgage holder, not only was I less than thrilled to look for another one, but the entire process had left me feeling extremely bitter and hateful, but from the beginning, Mustafa understood. He's always been incredibly professional, prompt, upfront AND honest, but the 'selling' point for me, he genuinely cares. The kind of customer service received from him, exemplary!! Not one issue, delay or hiccup. The smoothest refinance I've ever experienced. I spent more 'electronic time' with Jeniffer, but nonetheless, received the same amount of professionalism and promptness. What customer service is and should always be. Because of the amazing experience I've had, I'm trying to get my mother-in-law to switch mortgage companies!!!!!
