Great Customer Service

From the very beginning Johnny Lee and Ronnie Ferrer were so committed to help me refi my loan. I received an outstanding customer service through the whole process of my loan. I would call Johnny or Ronnie with so many questions and they were always so nice and very thorough with their answers. I had a fantastic experience! I definitely recommend loan depot…they now have a customer for life. Thank you Johnny and Ronnie!
