Best mortgage experience ever.

Believe it or not ... I purchased my first house for $13,500 in 1973. I've owned five other homes since, and I've refinanced twice ... so I have been through the mortgaging process 8 times. I acquired my last mortgage through Loan Depot, and it was BY FAR the best experience.
After shopping online and contacting banks where I have accounts, Loan Depot's rate was 1/8% less than anyone else. The closing costs were also low. Since we had not done business with Loan Depot before, we checked with the BBB and did our own research on the company. We then moved ahead. The process went smoothly and quickly. Closing was done in our own home.
