James Chu is absolutely Fantastic. My reach out to Loan Depot to refinance my home resulted in an almost immediate call from James Chu a representative from Loan Depot. James was very knowledgeable of the process and kept me informed each week about what was happening during the short wait period to get my home appraised and my loan approved. He gave me comfort detailing what I had to have in documentation to present to Loan Depot to make sure my loan would not have any delays. What I found interesting is James was not your typical salesman. He was more of a customer satisfaction specialist coordinating three different departments that were involved in the loan process.
