I extremely satisfied with refinancing of my mortgage loan with Loan Depot. I have been taking care of by Landing Officer, Mustafa Kathiria, and Sr. Account Manager, Tien-Ngoc Nguyen. This is a great team of professionals who led me over the process. Mustafa man of his words, he kept his original loan proposal the same till signing. He patiently explained to me every number on the loan estimate and was very respectful during communications. He would set up appointment with me for a phone call and call me at exact time and always return my phone calls as soon as it was possible. When the loan moved to Tien. She showed the same qualities. She was extremely professional. She communicated with me well by emails and phone calls and every time in her communications she would explained to me every step in the process and every number on the loan documents. When the loan documents went to underwriter it took a time which I was not expected (although, it might be because Loan Depot became very popular for mortgages...). Tien contacted me a few times during loan underwriting making sure I know terms and answered any of my questions. I have been dealing with mortgage companies two times before, but I have never received that quality professional treatment as I received in Loan Depot by the great professionals as Mustafa Kathiria and Tien-Ngoc Nguyen.
