I re-financed my mortgage loan through the Loan Depot office in Foothill, CA. I received excellent customer service from Taylor Nielsen (Lending Officer) and Michelle Mehrabian (Sr. Acct. Manager II), both of whom handled my re-financing. Taylor & Michelle timely responding to my telephone calls and email messages. I appreciate that t they were proactive in promptly contacting me with updated information about the status of my loan application and the funding of my loan. Taylor and Michelle are hard workers whom I would gladly do business with again.
