Great Experience with Johnny Lee

I just completed my first ever refinance with LoanDepot, and specifically, Johnny Lee. During the refi process, I had called multiple lenders. Johnny responded to me the fasted, generated the best refi quote, and was very patient with all of my questions. Johnny did a great job of calling and e-mailing me during the refi process to ask how things were going, and let me know of any major status changes. Even after my file was transferred to the underwriting group for final processing, Johnny kept checking in. It was a very pleasant surprise.
