Waaaay too long.

I started a refi on my house at the end of Sept. 2016, here we are at the end of November and it's still processing. My loan office Johnathon Herndon rarely returns my e-mails, never returns my phone calls. I have never had a mortgage take this long, I have no idea how much longer this will take as he hasn't returned my messages. They told me about a month ago that everything had come back from the under writer and they just needed a couple more things. I sent that requested information the same day, still nothing! I am getting very frustrated at this point. Little do they know I have two more homes that I wish to refinance. Surprise! I won't be using them. As you can tell I would never recommend them to anyone. Stay away people, I have a feeling they will be coming back to me to tell me my rate will be going up because the loan took longer than the rate lock was good for. Never again!!!!
