I had a great experience with Loan Depot. I compared their rates and offers against my current banks as well as other local banks in my area. I also spoke with Quicken Loans.
In comparison, my Loan Depot experience was fantastic. Johnny Lee and his team provided me with excellent customer service. They were incredibly responsive, sensitive, and polite. They made the who loan process go smoothly. I had such a great experience with getting a personal loan that I also used them to re-finance my home. There was never any pressure and again the customer service was great. I would highly recommend them.
