I've just completed my loan refinance process through LoanDepot, thanks to the wonderful assistance given me by Johnny Lee, lending officer, and Mindy McGreevey, senior account manager. Both Johnny and Mindy were a true pleasure to work with, always responding to my inquiries in a timely manner with a "smile in their voices." I appreciate all their work, especially with the process going into the holiday season.
