I would love to share my LoanDepot experience. Closings are usually tiresome with all the document signing. My experience with LoanDepot has been the exact opposite. It has been the absolute most pleasant experience I have ever had with a refinance. I’ve never had an unpleasant closing experience mind you. But this closing definitely hits my history books as the #1 best ever, fastest, and most efficient closing EVER. LoanDepot respects their customers. They are courteous, understanding, patient, and fast. And I mean fast! My loan was completed within 30 days. I am not joking with you. Kevin and Dan really know they're stuff and they stuck with me from start to finish. Their electronic process was fantastic. They explain everything in full detail and make all of your documents available online in a confidential encrypted file just for you. They send you the link via email, you click in via code and you can access and review at any time all of your documents as well as watch your loan process through the end. But its not just the process, these guys represent LoanDepot providing true professional personalized customer service to the end! I closed today. So excited. All done. What could have taken us about three months, took us a day shy of 30 days because we worked so well together, I was able to get them documents they needed pronto. The faster you move and get them what they need, the quicker they can move to get you the deal and closing that you deserve. LoanDepot YOU ROCK BABY!
