I worked with David Lauritsen and Tracey Ocon to do a cash out refinance. Both were very helpful. After getting turned down by two local banks Loan Depot was able to do a 30 year conventional for an investment property for us. David was quick to respond and always answered all my questions. We would definitely use them again! The closing was super easy and fast.
