The first contact I had with Loan Depot was with Dennis Giakos. Dennis was very kind and professional . My husband passed away just four months ago , Having never done this type of thing on my own ever , Dennis was able to help me lower my interest rate by 2.5 % and kept things in a language I understood .
He was very professional , extremely knowledgeable and very kind . I could feel his smile through the phone .When I moved onto the next step I feel he had prepared me well .Brian Moon was also helpful and smart .
