Great customer service and Instructors...
I think the classes need to be taken in order. Especially because I am not working in the field yet. I am not used to internet courses that you cannot see the instructors. However, the instructors were able to answer the questions. The instructors were patient, polite and full of knowledge. I used the videos to study for the cram as well as the practice tests. The real test was more complicated and for some reason focused on FACTA. Math questions were also simple.
The instructors provided good insights on how to answer the questions and things to look for regarding the trivial details of the test. They also provided ways to memorize details.
In general, I think this course prepared me to pass the test.
