My husband and I tried to refinance our home for 7 months and used two differnet companies unsuccessfully. Once referred to Eddie at Loancutters, he was able to refinance our home at the promised rate, used our appraisals that we had ordered thru the previous company and provide incredible service. Eddie, and his processor Wendy, always returned calls, emails and always addressed our concerns. They delivered what they promised. I have already told all my friends and family members about my experience at Loancutters and as a thank you, have referred my sister and my co-worker to Eddie. So far, they are extremely impressed with the service they are receiving. Thank you Eddie and Wendy for ending our refinance experience on a positive note.
