Unreliable and full of lies ,on my house that is being so called rebuilt due to fire which was a 6 job now it 13 mon. ?????

This company showed up out of no where the morning of the fire, Dec 7, 2011 while fire department ,red cross,and ect. where still there told me for our protection we need to get the house boarded up so no one can get into cause they could sew us if they got hurt and they could have there guys over to board it up and was not going to cost me anything ....with the insurance company there as well as a private adjuster this companies rep. and our hoouse hold members that were there were told oh 6 months this will take....to rebuild...and you will be in a new house and all this will be behind you....well 13 months later not much progress.....and the delays have messed up insurances..and much more it has turned out to be a living night mare .I'mm not sure which is worst being in the house when the fire happened or dealing with this company...they use google numbers and dont like to answer the phone but can send text.saying i'll call you tomorrow...that was a week now waiting on his call back....very bad experience and still living in displacement...
