The Marilyn Scheer Law Group is obviously a sham. I spoke to Marilyn also and boy, is she rude to her clients. She spoke to me like I was a child and turned the fact that they have had my money for almost 2 years and have no evidence that anything had been done on my behalf into my fault. She wanted me to start the process over from the beginning. I have contacted the Ca. State Attny office and am going to file a complaint with the BBB. Please keep me informed if there is any other action we can all take to get our money back. I hate to feel taken advantage of. If I lived anywhere near California, I would be in her office daily!
