This place is not even worthy of getting one star... By far the worst dentist experience I have ever had in my life!!! These people are horrible. The nice woman at the front desk is the only employee there that knows what they are doing and is very pleasant.
Here was my experience. After coming in for a cleaning and x-rays... I was told that I had several cavities, mostly small but needed to be taken care of... This seemed normal for my age so I went ahead and had them filled.
I had to return 3-4 times because of pain that lasted over 2 months.... They kept shaving parts down... Saying it was normal for them to hurt for a few weeks... I kept telling them it had been months and both sides were still hurting. So one of the dentists working there came over and re-examined my xrays... He said that I should have gotten a crown instead (which would cost extra on top of what I payed for the filling).... So they re-drilled and put in a temporary crown. This crown was only supposed to be in for a week-or-two at most. I waited about 5-weeks, in pain for their lab to make one...
I came back in, waited for about an hour past my appointment time until they saw me (every time I was there they were running at least an hour behind). I sat down on the chair, they removed the temporary and then when the dentist was to come and put the crown in, they said, "where did it go, I thought you just had it....." Then a shuffle and the assistant whispered something to the Dentist. They both left the room... then came back and said something to the effect of "Sorry sir, it appears as though your crown broke in half. We will have to make another one and you can come back in...."
I should also mention that this same assistant that took out my temporary crown was not wearing a face mask and had HORRIBLE breath and kept spitting on me when they talked to me, aren't you supposed to wear a mask when doing these things???
I later overheard them say that the assistant dropped it, picked it up and set it back down on the table in pieces. When I went to confront the Dentist about it, he said that these things happen and that the crowns are fragile. I asked for some reimbursement consideration for the hours I had wasted there for a procedure they screwed up on... but they still charged me the full amount.
So I waited about 3 weeks for the new crown to come back... still in pain. Then they finally put it in...
So recap: about 4 months of pain, $900 (after insurance) for something my current denstist could have taken care of in about 2 weeks for $100.... does not seem right.
Since then there have been many others that I have run into that have very similar stories, wrong teeth being drilled... cavities that were not there.... unnecessary expensive procedures... this place sucks you in for the $30 cleaning and then tries to ream you with very expensive procedures, some which you don't need....
Please avoid this place.
