Maui Water System purchase

I purchased a water system 2 months ago from Maui water system inc, sales person (Hector Ovalle), presistent guy, promised things that were false and things he has not come through with. We started getting salt in our water, it looks nothing like the system he showed me on his laptop, never got a maintenance book, promised 5 year supply of soaps,detergents,cleaning supplies I did not recieve. Called Customer service, they have an answering service that takes your info but does nothing with it. Has anyone had the same problem with them, and what did you do to resolve it? Thanks
seen many reviews like mine.. bad business.
