I found the service provided to be good , it took longer then I expected but Mr.Rosaler assured me throughout the process that this was normal and to be expected. I originally went with this company because it was 70% less then what the larger firm I contacted. I believe that the one on one experience was also an advantage of a smaller agency. I also am happy with the outcome , the whole team helped a lot and would even call me after hours at time to accommodate my schedule. Id recommend this company they will be handling my returns next year.
