I have been trying to return the product I received. I did not correspond within the 15-day free trial and was sent two new bottles. Therefore, I am trying to return what was just sent to me, invoking their return policy on ALL product deliveries. However, I keep getting an email response saying that I did not reply before the fifteen days. I reply back that i do realize this, but would like to return the new product and utilize their return policy of ANY product. I am concerned that these delays with customer service will take me out of the 15-day window for returns. I've called their customer service number several times and keep being told that I cannot talk to anyone "live" and that I need to get an RMA via email. Help!
