Never use Bill Gotthelf with Mayfair Builder. He DID NOT pay the subcontractors with the money we paid him. He is very unreliable and will take your money and not pay the workers that do the work.
NEVER USE MAYFAIR BUILDER
1/13/2011 Just an update on Bill Gotthelf and Mayfair Builder. He never paid his subcontractors!!! We ended up having to the subcontractors!!! So we ended up paying double for the work he did!!!
I will say it again NEVER USE MAYFAIR BUILDER
