I purchased a suite from this store hoping that I would get it in time for a graduation, it came late and it was wrong. I called the company to fix this problem and they told me that they were sending a replacement suite to me right away. After going to UPS to ship the wrong suite back, in honesty and good faith I called the company back to give them a tracking number. Two weeks has passed now and I still have not received a suite nor a refund back. I put a call into the company today October 7, 2009 and tried to communicate with this company and they have begun to pass me off, I wait on the phone until they come back and suddenly I am just ignored. On their website it says that if you are not satisfied with your purchase we will refund your money back, that has not happened. This company should not be operating with such fraudulent and deceptive practices. Personally they should be ran out of town.
