I preordered a cd from this company on October 4 2010. The album release date was 0ctober 23, 2010. It is now the 26th of October, and I have yet to receive anything. This was the last time I place an order through this company, as no preorder has ever made it here by the albums release date... The customer service is the worst... I received an email on October 5 saying the postal service was notified of my shipping, the only problem is they still haven't actually shipped, or the tracking number isn't matching up anymore, which again would be the fault Merchconnection. I could never recommend this company, and would actually have to recommend staying away!!
If you need any ideas of how poor their customer service really is, simply go their FAQ page and read their posted answers. You can tell this is a company that does not care about the customer.
