We called because of a water heater problem. They said they would be there between 3 and 5pm but did not come until the next day. Then when all we needed was the pilot light lit, they told us we needed a new water heater and install for $704 plus a service charge of $59 for coming out. After complaining, they did refund the $59 dollars. If we didn't get the second opinion it would have cost us $704. They are taking advantage of customers and should not be allowed to be in business. I would give them 0 stars if possible.
