We started working with Modification Services in March 2010. We have been very satisfied with their services. We paid them and we feel that they did their job and worked hard for us. We were contacted weekly on the status of our mortgage modification. If we had questions in between they were always available by phone. Great customer service! They were very honest and forthcoming with us. They were also extremely kind people to work with. In our specific case we decided to refinance instead of continuing with trying to be modified. Tim Stafford counseled us with that decision (extremely honest) and they are even giving us partial reimbursement (obviously they need to keep some of the money to cover their cost for all the hard work they did for us the last few months).
