Moises Towing has to be the most illegitimate tow company in California. I parked in my designated space with my permit CLEARLY visible and Moises comes along and tows my car anyway. He probably did it because he was having a slow day and he wanted to make his $275. Anyways, I called Moises and he was extremely rude and told me he towed the car and gave me an address to come and pick it up. I had to take a cab to that address and when I get there I find out he runs his "business" out of his house! He lives in a run down area where I thought I was going to get shot. On top of that he broke my antenna and refused to pay for it!!! I'm considering taking him to small claims court. Moises Towing is a joke of a company.
