I had been trying to modify my loan on my own with Citi Mortgage and getting very frustrated with them because I kept getting the run around before I heard about MRS. I heard about MRS on the radio and decided to call them to see if they could help me with my loan modification. When I called MRS, they asked a couple of question just like they say in their ad and was told my problem had a solution. I started working with them back in March and now my modification is complete and I am very happy with the results. I went from paying $3700 to $1500 thanks to MRS. I would have not gotten that payment if it wasn't for their help. I admit I was worried that they wouldn't follow thru with what they do but Mr. Garte gave me peace of mind and was really quick to answer my phone calls and calm my nerves. Thanks again MRS.
