In March of this year I had fallen 2 months behind on my mortgage. A friend of mine referred me to Mortgage Restructuring Solutions. I had reached out to Harvey and from the first phone call he was up front with me as to what to expect during the process. My key contact people during the process were Harvey Garte, Susan Garte and Cynthia DeLara. All three were very proactive in letting me know what documents were needed to make the modification go as smoothly as possible and I could not be happier with the results they got me. All in all they saved me $ 700 a month. I can now afford my home and have less of my check going out on a monthly basis. I am a single mother so this helps tremendously with the quality of life I can give my son. I highly recommend M.R.S. to anyone who is interested in a loan modification.
