So I am sitting here at my desk looking at my final mod package from my mortgage company. I never thought it would happen and spent the last two years of my life dreading the day that I would need to start looking for a crappy rental house for my family to live.
I tried by myself to get this done with absolutely nothing but road blocks and frustration at every turn. I am not one to hear a radio commercial and think to my self "yea, this is what I should do I am sure this guy knows what he is doing and wont take my money and run" But then I thought...Huh I am still hearing these commercials on a well respected news radio station.. maybe I should call....Best decision I have ever made. They were able to get it done for me!!!!!
Dont expect him to be nice or sugar coat anything because he wont. But if he says he can help you he will. All you need to do is do EXACTLY what they say and WHEN they say it.
