Auto Refinance

Not happy at with this company. I was working with Irene and she seemed very nice. Then days turned into weeks and the past a month. We were told they had found a company to help and they submitted all the paper work. Then Irene would not answer the phone or call us back. So we called they other company that was suppose to refinance for us , to fine out that National Auto Loan Network withdrew our application. We have yet to here anything from NALN. NOT HAPPY. We have paid to send things to them and we were also told not to make our next payment because this would be handled by the new bank. Well our perfect payment record is now not so perfect. I would not recommend this company to anyone. So not only did we spend money to send them info, we also had to pay a late charge on our auto loan.
