Scammers who damage property & overcharge
This outfit lies, damages your property, overcharges, and the customer service is worthy of an "F". The BBB, and multiple moving review sites have given them an "F" or 1 star, respectively. Company is slick with bait and switch appeal--saying you'll be charged by the pound. A deposit of $300 was asked and we paid up, and when they showed up at the door, they let us know we're being charged "by the cubit foot", which drove up our shipping cost significantly. Then they say that they charge the customer $200 for each piece and they decide what "must be crated"---like a piano or hutch cabinet with glass. The crating consisted of cheap plastic wrap and recycled pieces of cardboard. Very shoddy, UNprofessional crating! Our expensive, family heirloom pieces were damaged,which had been crated. The only packer who spoke English, Benny, was rude and insulting, as was Jonathan and Ben on the phone with our repeated calls to complain after the delivery was finally made. We have received no apology, compensation, or written response to our complaints--but received multiple insults and yelling when we tried to get answers. RUN from this corrupt business! They need to quit lying to unsuspecting clients and find another line or work where they can't bilk customers.
