They Handled it Well

Brandon was outstanding. The MIP rates changed right in the middle of the refi and they handled delay in a straightforward and direct manner. It was something that came down through hud and everything they said and how it would change our plans was exactly as advertised. They handled the adversity very well. So glad we did it.
