Had a GREAT experience refinancing with this company. Ermin Burgos was my closing coordinator. He promptly updated me when there were any changes. And he answered all of my emails or phone calls promptly. If I had any questions he answered them in a way I could understand, and I never felt like he was rushing to get off the phone.
To be clear, I didn't have a lot of questions but Ermin made it easy to find the answers when I did.
I would not hesitate to use this company again.
